Guidelines for using our services

1. Introduction

Your use of the Spelkumryd Hotel and Casino's website, services, and facilities (collectively, the "Services") is governed by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). You accept these Terms by using our services or by accessing them. If you disagree with these terms, kindly do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

To use our casino services, you must be at least 21 years old, and to make a hotel reservation, you must be at least 18 years old. You affirm and guarantee that you are of legal age to enter into these Terms and that you are of legal age to use our Services.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

3.1 Hotel Reservations

Availability at the time of booking affects all reservations. To guarantee your reservation, you must have a working credit card. Unless otherwise noted, rates are quoted in US dollars and do not include applicable taxes and fees.

3.2 Cancellation Policy

For standard reservations, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

For special event periods, holiday weekends, and group bookings, specific cancellation policies will apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.

3.3 No-Show Policy

If you fail to check in on your scheduled arrival date without prior notification, your reservation may be cancelled, and you may be charged for one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

4. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card in the name of the guest making the reservation are required at check-in.

6. Casino Rules and Regulations

All guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter the casino floor, gamble, or consume alcoholic beverages. Valid government-issued photo identification is required.

Spelkumryd reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to ask any guest to leave the premises at any time, at our sole discretion.

Guests are expected to gamble responsibly. Spelkumryd promotes responsible gaming and provides resources for guests who may need assistance with gambling concerns.

7. Conduct Policy

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner that does not disturb other guests or impede the operation of our facilities. Spelkumryd reserves the right to refuse service and/or accommodation to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Violence or threats of violence
  • Damage to property
  • Excessive noise or disturbance
  • Illegal activities
  • Harassment of guests or staff

11. WiFi and Internet Usage

Complimentary WiFi is provided to hotel guests as part of the resort fee. By using our internet services, you agree not to:

  • Use the internet for any illegal or harmful purposes
  • Transmit any material that is offensive, inappropriate, or infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our network or systems
  • Use excessive bandwidth that may negatively impact other users

12. Promotions and Special Offers

All promotions, contests, and special offers are subject to their own specific terms and conditions. Spelkumryd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without notice.

13. Force Majeure

Spelkumryd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is a result of acts of nature, government actions, war, civil disturbance, or other causes beyond our reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
